Consulting Demand
cat ./deliverables

Full spec.

What a company actually receives when it works with us, written the way an engineer writes a spec. Plain, specific, and with nothing hidden in a footnote.

The components

buyer_map

A short read of your current demand. Which channels run, which sit idle, which buyers you can reach that you are not reaching today, and where an engine would fit. Free, and yours to keep whether or not we work together.

target_model

The accounts worth pursuing and the roles inside them that sign off. Built from your best existing customers, so the engine goes after more of what already works.

outbound_engine

The core. Direct outreach to named people at named companies. Each message is researched for one person and written for that person, then a human reads it before it leaves. Consent and opt outs are honored the moment they arrive.

authority_layer

The material a careful buyer checks before replying. Pages that answer real buyer questions, press and video where they fit. Added only where your weak points call for it.

answer_visibility

Search work aimed at both search engines and AI assistants, so that when a buyer asks for a shortlist in your category, your company has a fair chance of being on it.

operations

We staff and run the channels ourselves until they produce pipeline. You see what goes out, what comes back, and what we changed because of it, measured against a baseline we agree with you at the start.

handover

The playbook, the data, the sequences, and your own people trained to run them. When we step back, the engine keeps working because it belongs to you.

scope --fit

Built to your gaps

Not every company needs every component. A firm with a strong website and no outreach needs something very different from a firm with a busy sales team and nothing for buyers to read.

The buyer map decides the scope. We would rather build the two pieces that matter than sell you the whole list.
